Innovative American Technology is developing a Chemical, Biological, Radiation, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Sensor System. The patented IAT Sensor Electronics Module (SEM) provides an integration platform to rapidly integrate sensor modules into the CBRNE sensor suite.
The patented RTIS system provides the radiation and nuclear sensors as part of the CBRNE sensor suite.
The patented Calorimetric Spectrometer (CalSpec ) provides detection and identification of chemical, biological and explosive materials. The CalSpec provides femtogram sensitivity and highly accurate identification of chemical, biological and explosives materials within seconds. The CalSpec is self-cleaning and can operate continuously without the need for consumables.
The CalSpec can be applied to homeland security applications in addition to military, commercal, medical and agricultural applications. The CalSpec is planned for market introduction in 2012.
