Mr. David Frank, President and CEO
Mr. Frank is the President and founder of IAT. He has more than 20 years experience in the development of new technologies and the market introduction of those technologies in addition to 30 years of experience in telecommunications and computer technology. He holds patents for anti-terrorist systems to support the U.S. in the fight for domestic security. He has managed implementation teams for large-scale network deployments at Siemens and GTE and IBM.
Mr. Guy (Skip) Ciampa, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Guy Ciampa has
over 25 years of experience in Systems Development and Integration experience for large scale projects that include heading a team for the set-up of the Transportation Security Administration information technology infrastructure. He has worked as a Managing Partner at Unisys where he built a world-wide consulting organization
of 400 consultants. He also personally managed the Transportation Security Administration’s Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, and Capital Planning and Investment Control engagement. Prior to Unisys Mr. Ciampa was the VP MIS and CIO of
CBP Resources where he completely revamped the corporate IT function to support an aggressive growth strategy. He was also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RSC, Inc., specialized in custom application development, training and system performance monitoring consulting. Mr. Ciampa
holds a BSBA in Economics from East Carolina University.
Dr. H. J. Caulfield, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. H. John Caulfield is the Chief Technology Officer for Innovative American Technologies and also serving part time as Distinguished Research Professor at the University of Alabama and Fisk University. John has received a number of international awards and prizes and has authored over 200 refereed journal papers, 12 books, 13 patents, 26 book chapters, and a number of popular articles including one read by over 25,000,000 people - the 1984 National Geographic cover story on holography. "One of America's 10 Top Scientists"- Business Week" One of the Most Influential People in the World in Minicomputers"-Byte "A Pioneer on Optical Processing"-Fortune.
Ms. Jennifer Bawden, Co-Founder

A former managing director at
International Technologies and Finance, a New York venture
capital firm, Jennifer runs her own technology development
and private equity consulting business, Bawden Capital. She
is co founder and active day to day at Innovative American
Technology and is on the Business Advisory Board at Neogenix
Oncology, a cancer diagnosis and treatment company. She is a
Senior Adviser to 1st US Capital, a private equity merchant
bank and writes a popular newsletter on the markets and
economy.
Mr. Daniel Scaduto, Director
Mr.
Daniel Scaduto
is
an outside director for the Company. He has worked in the field of
software development for over 40 years as an independent
consultant and created a successful software consulting
firm. He is currently the chairman and founder of Stop Zilla,
a successful internet security company providing pop-up
blockers and cyber security products to the general public
and commercial sectors.
Mr. Duncan McMartin, Outside Director
His
prior experience has been in the financial investment
business in Canada, Bermuda, the US and Europe. He has been
involved in institutional equity sales and research and
arranging private placement financing for small
capitalization companies. In Canada, Mr. McMartin was a Vice
President at RBC Dominion Securities in Canada and served on
the Board of Directors of Hollinger Ltd., and Labrador
Mining and Exploration Ltd. In the US, he was with Morgan
Stanley and Kemper Financial where he had responsibility for
developing and maintaining business relationships with
institutional European and off shore clients. He has
experience in running entrepreneurial companies, having
co-founding an oil production company in Oklahoma and a
successful securities brokerage firm in the UK. Mr. McMartin
received his BA in Economics from Concordia University in
Montreal, Canada and an MBA from Nova Southeastern
University in Florida.
